Returns

  1. Eligibility: We accept returns within 30 days of delivery for most items, except for clearance or final sale items, customized orders, and mattresses. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
  2. Return Process: To initiate a return, please contact our customer care number on whatsapp:  +2347081159082. Our team will guide you through the return process and provide you with a return authorization number (RAN). Please ensure to include this RAN with your returned item.
  3. Shipping: Customers are responsible for the return shipping costs unless the return is due to a manufacturing defect or an error on our part.
  4. Refunds: Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within a certain number of days, depending on your card issuer’s policies.
